• Responsible for pushing the Art Quality of the world and providing examples to other members of the Art Team
• Responsible as the Lead Artist for a World Team consisting of two other Artists, a Level Designer, and a Mission designer, providing training and guidance to each team member to push the overall quality of our game.

Far Cry 4
Senior Level Artist

• Managed the Open World Art Team and was the point of contact for all other departments in relating to Open World.
• Responsible for the creation of all the "Outposts" in the game, provided final polish on the set dressings of Cinematics.
• Under guidance from Art Direction, provided World Benchmark areas to serve as inspiration for other Artists.

Senior Level Artist

• Responsible for creating and pushing the Art Quality of the Southside Quarter of the world, known as "the Wards" and parts of "Brandon Docks".
• Handled technical issues throughout the World towards the end of the project in terms of frame-rate and drawcalls while still maintaining Artistic Fidelity.

• Managed and trained a small, dynamic team (5 artists) in the creation of over 400 Destructible assets.
• Created schedules and weekly status reports for Producers, Project Leads, and Level Artists.
• Interfaced with Designers and Engineers to establish the new system built from the ground up.
• Helped establish pipeline and guidelines for outsourcing assets to External Studios.

• Handled Art Direction of the 'Raven' Faction Assets.
• Active member in ZipCommit - an internal group of representatives from each department that acts as the voice of their respective teams.
